Join Wings Riverside as a Service Crew or Senior Service Crew member, delivering friendly guest greetings, personalized recommendations, seating and reservation management, and maintaining restaurant cleanliness to create memorable customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly to create a welcoming atmosphere upon arrival
  • Build positive relationships with customers to enhance their dining experience
  • Recommend menu items tailored to customer preferences to increase satisfaction
  • Arrange seating efficiently to optimize restaurant flow and guest comfort
  • Manage reservation bookings accurately to ensure smooth service operations
  • Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant to uphold hygiene and safety standards
