The posting

Responsibilities

  • Install, test, commission, and maintain automation systems.
  • Set up controllers, PCs, software, robots, and electrical/electronic components.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues by analyzing circuits, machine logs, and process flows.
  • Identify root causes and perform repairs to minimize equipment downtime.
  • Conduct onsite machine buy-offs based on customer requirements.
  • Handle customer support requests and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Provide phone and onsite support in line with service requirements.
  • Prepare accurate and timely service reports.
  • Work independently while maintaining strong communication and customer service.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in automation setup, maintenance, or service support.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems, servo motors, robots, and automation equipment.
  • Experience with PC, software installation, and machine configuration.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and travel overseas on short notice.
