The posting

Upon successful completion of the required training and satisfactory assessment of technical competency, the employee will be offered a full-time position as a Service Engineer. The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer support services for the company’s medical equipment and related products.

1. Equipment Installation and Site Setup

•Manage and perform the installation, setup, configuration, and commissioning of medical

equipment at major hospitals, research institutions, clinics, laboratories, and other

customer sites.

•Ensure equipment is installed according to the manufacturer’s specifications, company

procedures, and customer requirements.

•Conduct functional checks and testing following installation.

•Provide customers with the necessary technical instructions and basic operational

guidance following installation.

•Ensure all installation and commissioning activities are properly documented and

obtain the required customer sign-off upon completion.

2. Preventive Maintenance and Servicing

•Schedule and perform preventive maintenance, routine servicing, inspections, calibration

checks, and other required maintenance activities.

•Ensure servicing is carried out in accordance with manufacturer recommendations,

company procedures, and applicable customer requirements.

•Identify potential equipment issues during preventive maintenance and recommend

appropriate corrective actions.

•Maintain accurate service records and ensure all completed service activities are

properly documented.

3. Breakdown and Technical Support

•Respond promptly to customer requests relating to equipment breakdowns, technical

problems, and application-related issues.

•Provide first-line technical support through telephone, email, remote assistance, or onsite visits where required.

•Diagnose equipment faults systematically and carry out appropriate troubleshooting and

repairs within the scope of training and authorization.

•Escalate complex or unresolved technical issues to the relevant manufacturer or senior

technical personnel when necessary.

• Follow up on outstanding service cases until satisfactory resolution and customer

acceptance.
