The posting

My client is an established ACMV contractor firm with Service and Maintenance Department 5 days week. But subject to standby when required.

Service & Maintenance Manager/ Engineer

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for mechanical and utilities systems across client sites
  • Support systems including compressors, chillers, cooling towers, water treatment systems, MAU and AHU
  • Attend to service calls, troubleshoot issues, and carry out timely repairs to minimize downtime
  • Ensure all servicing activities are completed in accordance with SOPs and service standards
  • Provide technical advice and recommendations to clients on system performance and maintenance
  • Maintain good working relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams
  • Supervise and guide technicians in executing service and maintenance works
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for servicing, repairs, and parts replacement. Plan maintenance schedules and provide service reports and updates to clients

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related discipline
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in maintenance or service engineering (M&E / FM)
