Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and professional service to guests
  • Serve food and beverages according to fine dining service standards
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and overall guest experience
  • Follow restaurant SOPs and support daily operations
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager and team to ensure smooth service

Requirement:

  • Prior experience in fine dining is preferred
  • Experience in Western or Japanese fine dining service would be an advantage
