Job Description & Requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team in the services/general/security industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of relevant working experience and a proven track record of effectively leading and managing a team.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, ensuring they meet performance targets and deliver high- quality service.

2. Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.

3. Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.

4. Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.

5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.

6. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

7. Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

2. Proven experience as a Supervisor in the services/general/security industry.

3. Strong leadership and communication skills.

4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.

5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

6. Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.

7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
