Job Summary

You will perform service and maintenance on chillers both on-site and in-house, respond promptly to client calls, and complete assigned service tasks. Training opportunities include sessions at HQ in Germany or subsidiary offices, with overseas travel and allowances.

Responsibilities

  • Perform service and maintenance on chillers at client sites or in-house to ensure equipment functionality
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client service calls to address issues and provide solutions
  • Complete all assigned service tasks accurately and efficiently as directed by supervisors
  • Carry out ad hoc duties assigned by Manager or Supervisor to support team operations
  • Participate actively in training programs at HQ Germany, subsidiary offices, or on-the-job to enhance technical skills
  • Travel overseas may require for work assignments, managing tasks effectively while on assignment

Required competencies and certifications

  • Possess basic refrigeration or electrical knowledge to perform maintenance and repair tasks
  • Hold at least an ITE Certificate in Electrical, Electronic, or an equivalent qualification
