The posting

Key Responsibilities:

As part of our support team, you will provide first-level technical support to our small business clients.Your day-to-day duties will include:

  • First-Level Support: Responding to support tickets, emails, and phone calls, and providing remote assistance to end users
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving issues with Windows and macOS workstations, Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Office), printers, and peripheral devices; assisting with password resets and accountaccess
  • Networking & VPN: Troubleshooting connectivity issues, including VPN setup and access
  • Escalation: Escalating complex issues with complete troubleshooting notes and findings
  • Device Deployment: Preparing, configuring, and deploying new computers and devices; performing workstation replacements, hardware upgrades, and standard software installations
  • On-Site Support: Performing on-site maintenance and providing user assistance at client offices
  • Documentation: Maintaining accurate IT asset records, ticket updates, resolution notes, and closing tickets within agreed service levels

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification
  • Prior relevant working experience is an advantage - we hire for attitude and train for skill
  • Basic understanding of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 fundamentals
  • Understanding of computer hardware and peripherals
  • Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi connectivity,VPN concepts)
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; able to work independently
  • General cybersecurity awareness
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; service-oriented and willing to be a team player
  • Singaporeans and Permanent Residents only
