The posting

We are seeking a skilled and motivated

SharePoint Developer

to join our team supporting projects in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SharePoint development, customization, and maintenance, with the ability to deliver scalable collaboration and document management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint Server solutions.
  • Customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and forms based on business requirements.
  • Develop solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Platform, and related Microsoft 365 technologies.
  • Integrate SharePoint with other enterprise applications and services.
  • Support document management, collaboration, and automation initiatives.
  • Perform troubleshooting, bug fixing, and performance optimization.
  • Work closely with business users, project teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with security, governance, and best practices.

Required Skills

  • 3-7 years of experience in SharePoint development and administration.
  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and React.
  • Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, and SharePoint APIs.
  • Experience in workflow automation and document management solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Singaporean
  • Ability to get CAT 2 Clearance
  • Experience working in government, defense, or public sector projects.
  • Microsoft certifications related to SharePoint, Microsoft 365, or Power Platform.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality solutions within project timelines.
