  • Develop or modify lightweight SharePoint components using JavaScript/TypeScript, SPFx or related technologies.
  • Troubleshoot migration, access, workflow and application issues.
  • Support testing, cutover, post-migration support and user validation.
  • Work with business users and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver practical solutions.
  • Prepare technical documentation, test scripts, user guides and migration updates.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience with SharePoint, Microsoft 365 and/or Power Platform.
  • Strong practical knowledge of SharePoint Online, including sites, document libraries, lists, metadata and permissions.
  • Hands-on experience with SharePoint migration — assessment, execution, validation or remediation.
  • Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Experience with ShareGate, Microsoft Migration Manager or similar migration tools is highly preferred.
  • Basic JavaScript or TypeScript development skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues systematically and work directly with users and technical teams.
  • Strong documentation, testing and communication skills.
  • Practical, hands-on mindset with willingness to learn and take guidance.

Good to Have

  • Exposure to SPFx, React, Microsoft Graph or REST APIs.
  • Experience supporting UAT, migration cutover or hypercare.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Lists, Forms, Dataverse, Power BI or Copilot.
  • Exposure to information governance, records management, retention and access control.
  • Experience in government, regulated or security-conscious environments.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
