We are looking for a Shipping Coordinator to join ourteam. This is a great opportunity for candidates who are keen to build a careerin the shipping, logistics and freight forwarding industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end sea freight operations for Import and Export shipments.
- Coordinate shipment arrangements, including routing orders, cargo acceptance and warehouse transfers for co-load bookings.
- Handle shipment-related enquiries from agents and customers, including door delivery, cargo acceptance and shipment-related matters.
- Follow up on routing orders from nominated agents.
- Handle billing for door delivery shipments and other nomination-related charges.
- Attend to enquiries on cargo transshipment status and other transshipment-related matters.
- Provide updated nomination tariffs to POD agents.
- Provided updated transshipment tariffs to POL agents.
- Liaise with agents and relevant parties to resolve shipment-related issues and disputes.
- Familiarise yourself with the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure effective application in daily operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with no prior shipping/freight forwarding experience are welcome to apply.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Meticulous with an eye for detail.
- Positive working attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable with data entry and documentation.
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
