Responsibilities

  • Be a image advisor to customers on beauty services, procedures and keeping up with updates in the beauty industry
  • Have knowledge on Facial
  • Build long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Identify the needs of customers and share professional beauty advice and solutions to them
  • Display exceptional image advisory work to customers to solve their issues Provide excellent customer experience and maintain high standards of service
  • Maintain a good after-sales relationship with clients and ensure their inquiries are handled promptly
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor and the Management
  • Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs
  • Recommend services based on customer needs and desires
  • Compute sales prices, total purchases, and receive and process cash or credit payment
  • Prepare merchandise/services for purchase
  • Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise/service

Requirements

  • To maintain a good after-sales relationship with clients and ensure their inquiries are handled promptly.
  • At least 2 Years of working experience in Beauty Consultant is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Good Communication Skill, Team Player, Proactive, Strong negotiating and selling skills, Excellent People Skill, Basic Computer Literate, Independent, Self-Motivated
  • Preferably candidates specialized in Sales - Retail/Beauty or equivalent.
