The posting

Roles& Responsibilities:

-Provideadministrative support to the project and site teams.

-Maintainstaff deployment records, contact lists, and organization charts.

-Preparemonthly site manpower and administrative reports.

-Managedocument control, filing systems, registers, logs, and document versioncontrol.

-Coordinatethe procurement and inventory of PPE, stationery, equipment, and software.

-HandleHR administrative matters, including staff attendance, biometric records,onboarding, and offboarding.

-Liaisewith supervisors to follow up and expedite service responses.

-Sourcequotations from suppliers and raise material requests for the purchase ofmaterials required for site operations.

-Liaisewith suppliers and subcontractors to coordinate and follow up on siterequirements.

-Attendto and coordinate any public feedback or site-related matters, whereapplicable.

-Performany other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior.

Requirements:

Shallhave a min of 2 years working experiences dealing with customers andstakeholders.

Possesssminimum ‘O’ levels or equivalent and goo communication and strong interpersonalskills.
