Job Responsibilities:
Ø Supervise and coordinate site activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, structural design, quality standards and safety regulations.
Ø Design, engineering, installation, testing and commissioning of automation and instrumentation systems.
Ø Configure and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, SCADA and BMS/EMS systems.
Ø Monitor work progress and coordinate site activities to meet project schedules and milestones.
Ø Coordinate with electrical, mechanical and process teams for systems integration.
Ø Prepare and review site-related documents such as Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and Safe Work Procedures.
Ø Ensure all works comply with project specifications, safety requirements and relevant standards.
Ø Prepare and maintain site records, inspection reports, progress reports, and relevant technical documentation.
Ø Assist with quantity measurements, progress claims, variation works, and site documentation.
Ø Coordinate with civil, structural, electrical, instrumentation, piping, insulation, and commissioning teams to resolve interface issues.
Ø Supervise site installation, cable termination, loop checking, functional testing and commissioning.
Ø Assist the Project/Construction Manager with project planning, technical coordination, and completion activities.
Ø Ensure all site staff attend Tool Box Meetings (TBM).
Ø Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements:
Ø Diploma/Degree in Instrumentation, Automation, Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering ora related field.
Ø Relevant experience in industrial automation, process plants, M&E projects, utilities, boilers, HVAC or manufacturing facilities
Ø Good knowledge of PLC, HMI, SCADA, control systems and industrial communication protocols.
Ø Able to read and understand P&ID, control schematics, wiring diagrams and instrumentation drawings.
Ø Hands-on experience with instrument calibration, loop checking and commissioning.
Ø Knowledge of Singapore safety requirements and work practices is an advantage.
Ø Willing to travel to project sites and work outside normal hours when required.
Ø Must have Boiler EPC work experience.
Ø Must have boiler operational license & at least 3-4 years boiler operational experiences.
Ø Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to handle site challenges effectively.
Ø Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
Ø Good technical reporting, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
