Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Assist Consultants/client in the supervision and quality assurance of construction works on site
  • Reconfiguration works of tenant units and corridor at Great City Retail Mall
  • Ensure that all installation methods and material used are in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications
  • Liaise with the contractors/sub-contractors in the coordination of site works
  • Highlight discrepancies, feedback site progress and irregularities to Consultants
  • Ensure the contractors maintain work safety, cleanliness and tidiness of the site

Requirements

  • Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering or National Certificate in Construction Supervision (NCSS)
  • At least 5 to 7 years experience in the supervision of building projects, Archi and M&E works (Prefer Live-building experience)
  • Has supervised precast components
  • Has an eye for details and resourceful
  • Project Location: Great World City Office building
  • Project start: End Oct
  • Working hour: 44 hours, 10pm to 7am, Perm night shift
