SYNERGY AIRCONDITIONING ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is located in Singapore, providing air conditioning repair, servicing, and installation for residential and commercial clients across the island.

Job Summary

You will service, repair, and replace air conditioning systems, especially VRV types, travel to client sites across Singapore, troubleshoot issues, and recommend solutions to ensure optimal system performance.

Responsibilities

  • Service, replace, and repair air conditioning systems, focusing on VRV systems and adhoc jobs
  • Troubleshoot air conditioning issues and recommend effective solutions to clients
  • Travel across Singapore with company vehicles to complete scheduled service and installation jobs at residential and commercial sites
  • Perform overtime work as required at client locations such as Changi Airport duty-free shops and shopping malls
  • Operate company-provided vans safely during work assignments

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Possess at least 4 to 5 years of experience in air conditioning system repair, servicing, and installation
  • Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills specifically for VRV type air conditioning systems
  • Hold a Class 3 Driving License (preferred but not essential)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Comfortable handling heavy equipment and performing physically demanding tasks

Location Upper Paya Lebar Road

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
  • Saturday: 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM
  • Sunday and Public Holidays: Rest

Remuneration Basic salary ranges from $2,000 to $3,000 depending on experience

  • Overtime: 10 to 25 hours per month at 1.5x rate

No lodging or lodging allowance provided Performance bonuses or allowances discussed during interview

Additional Details Company provides vans for technicians to drive during work
