👮‍♂️ HIRING FULL TIME

🛡️ SOC OPERATOR Asia Pacific Security Operations Centre (APSOC)

📍 Location: Singapore

💰 Salary: S$4,000 – S$4,500 / month

🕒 Shift Details:

12-hour rotating shifts

🌞 Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM 🌙 Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

📅 20 working days / month 4–5 working days per week Rotating off days

📋 Requirements:

✅ Valid Security License (SSO Rank) ✅ Minimum 4 years’ experience in a Security Operations / Command Centre role ✅ Prior Control Room experience is essential ✅ Knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, GPS & Alarm Systems ✅ Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office ✅ Strong communication and incident reporting skills ✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities ✅ Able to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure ✅ Able to work independently with minimal supervision ✅ Strong teamwork and customer service skills ✅ Able to handle confidential and sensitive information

🔐 Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor CCTV, access control, GPS tracking and alarm systems • Detect, assess, escalate and respond to security incidents • Respond to emergencies, crises and alarm activations • Monitor security intelligence and identify potential threats • Conduct investigations and information gathering when required • Maintain accurate incident logs and operational reports • Support emergency response and evacuation activities • Ensure compliance with SOPs, Post Orders and security protocols • Support client-specific security operations
