  • Operate and manage social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok), managing content calendars, campaign launches, day-to-day posts, and paid advertising to boost awareness and engagement.
  • Coordinate campaign execution and timelines with local partners and vendors to align with regional distribution schedules, product launches, and events.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance using key metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) to prepare actionable performance reports and campaign recommendations.
  • Manage and monitor promotional budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and expense tracking across projects.

Requirements

Must-have:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and relevant Creative Cloud applications for creative content and video editing.

  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines and coordinate effectively across internal teams and external partners.
  • Business-level fluency in written and spoken English for daily operational communication and regional stakeholder management.
  • Applicants must be eligible to work in Singapore without sponsorship.

Good-to-have:

  • Experience in regional social media account management across multiple Asian markets.
  • Background working with licensed IP, entertainment brands, anime, film, gaming, or pop culture content.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?
