Job Summary

You will manage front desk operations by welcoming guests, directing them to appropriate services, handling communications, maintaining the reception area, managing supplies and inventory, scheduling appointments, and supporting office administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests promptly and guide them to the appropriate spa services to ensure a positive first impression
  • Answer incoming phone calls and forward them accurately to relevant staff or departments to facilitate smooth communication
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area by organizing stationery, forms, brochures, and other materials for efficient guest service
  • Provide clear and accurate information to guests in person, by phone, or email to support their inquiries and needs
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries to ensure timely handling of correspondence and packages
  • Order spa supplies and monitor inventory levels to maintain adequate stock for uninterrupted operations
  • Update appointment calendars and schedule bookings to optimize service availability and client satisfaction
  • Keep accurate records of expenses and costs to support financial tracking and reporting
  • Perform general office administrative duties to support daily business functions
