Business Function Global Transaction Services (GTS) comprises of Cash Management & Trade, Securities Services & Fiduciary Services, and Digital Channels. In an increasingly borderless world marked by burgeoning trade flow, expertise in trade finance services is an invaluable asset. With cash the life blood of every company, so too, is a good understanding of how to manage these cashflows. Trade Finance, together with Cash Management, is the mainstay of GTS, and is extended to SME and corporate clients for their local and cross-border financial transaction needs.

Job Responsibilities

The role will support the corporate digital banking platform project in Singapore, with a particular focus on ensuring that India-specific business requirements, customer journeys and operational considerations are appropriately incorporated into the solution. The assignment will also enable the incumbent to develop in-depth knowledge of the corporate digital banking solution and migration approach, in preparation for supporting the subsequent migration and implementation of platform in India.

Key responsibilities include:

· Review and validate India-specific customer and operational journeys against the proposed platform solution, identifying market-specific requirements, gaps and considerations that need to be addressed.

· Work closely with the relevant project teams to define and document business requirements and ensure India-specific requirements are appropriately incorporated into the solution.

· Support the preparation and review of Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), ensuring that India requirements are accurately captured and translated into the solution design.

· Develop a thorough understanding of the platform solution, migration approach, implementation requirements and key dependencies.

· Contribute to migration and implementation planning from an India perspective, identifying and addressing relevant market-specific considerations and dependencies.

· Build the knowledge and capabilities required to subsequently support and execute the platform migration and rollout in India upon completion of the Singapore assignment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Information Technology or related field
  • Good understanding of digital banking platforms, technologies, and customer experience best practices
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives, drive project delivery, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
