Job Responsibilities

The Specialist will supportASPRI's industry development efforts through member and partner engagement,coordination of initiatives and gathering of industry insights.

Responsibilities include, butare not limited to:

  • Engage members to understand business needs, challenges and industry developments
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, including government agencies, educational institutions and solution providers
  • Gather and consolidate feedback from members and partners to identify key industry issues and observations
  • Coordinate industry workgroups, stakeholder engagements and initiatives
  • Support industry initiatives across areas such as workforce, digitalisation, sustainability, internationalisation and any other emerging industry needs
  • Prepare reports, presentations and materials arising from industry engagements
  • Coordinate projects with members and partners and follow up on agreed actions
  • Undertake other industry development and engagement activities as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business or a related discipline
  • Preferably 1–3 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates with suitable aptitude may be considered
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with an interest in stakeholder engagement
  • Able to gather information, understand different perspectives and communicate key observations clearly
  • Organised, resourceful and able to manage multiple activities with good follow-through
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
