Job Summary

The Senior Sales Manager, Southeast Asia is responsible for driving profitable growth across an assigned portfolio of wholesale and distributor markets within Southeast Asia. The role combines commercial ownership with strategic business planning, business analytics, and market development responsibilities to support revenue growth, partner performance, and marketplace execution.

This role owns the commercial performance and revenue delivery of designated accounts while partnering closely with external and internal cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, assess market potential, improve operating discipline, and strengthen long-term business performance. The position serves as a key commercial partner across Marketing, Merchandising, Finance, Supply Chain, Retail, and Digital functions to ensure strong execution against Crocs' growth ambitions and brand standards. The roleis based in Singapore.

Job Description

Commercial Strategy &Growth

  • Support the development and execution of wholesale and distributor growth strategies across assigned Southeast Asia markets.
  • Own annual sales targets and business plans for designated partner markets and support achievement of revenue and profitability objectives.
  • Conduct market assessments to identify growth opportunities, risks, competitive threats, and emerging consumer and channel trends.
  • Identify opportunities by market, channel, category, and account, translating insights into actionable commercial plans.
  • Develop business cases and strategic recommendations to support growth initiatives and market expansion opportunities.

Partner Management &Commercial Ownership

  • Serve as the primary commercial partner for assigned distributor markets & wholesale accounts.
  • Build strong working relationships with partner leadership teams, commercial stakeholders, and key accounts.
  • Drive partner accountability for sales performance, sell-through, inventory health, and marketplace execution.
  • Lead regular business reviews, performance evaluations, and action planning sessions with partners.
  • Monitor achievement of sales targets and proactively identify corrective actions to address performance gaps.

Business Analytics &Commercial Insights

  • Develop and maintain market performance dashboards, distributor scorecards, and commercial reporting tools.
  • Analyze sales, margin, inventory productivity, forecasting accuracy, category performance, and channel performance to identify business opportunities.
  • Provide executive-ready insights and recommendations on market performance, risks, opportunities, and competitive dynamics.
  • Support forecasting and annual planning processes through data-driven analysis and commercial recommendations.
  • Translate complex business data into actionable insights that improve commercial decision-making and business outcomes.

Market Development &Channel Expansion

  • Assess market, account, and channel opportunities within assigned markets to support sustainable growth and brand-right execution.
  • Partner with distributors to identify opportunities across wholesale, retail, partner stores, and digital channels.
  • Conduct market visits to evaluate retail execution, gather competitive intelligence, understand consumer trends, and identify opportunities for business improvement.
  • Support development and execution of market-specific growth roadmaps.
  • Recommend investment priorities based on market attractiveness, performance trends, and growth potential.

Forecasting, Planning &Business Performance

  • Partner with distributors to develop demand forecasts and business plans that balance commercial ambition with inventory discipline.
  • Support sell-in planning, seasonal assortment reviews, and order management processes.
  • Track business performance against revenue, inventory, margin, and marketplace objectives.
  • Partner with Finance, Merchandising, and Supply Chain teams to improve forecasting accuracy and inventory productivity.
  • Ensure disciplined execution of annual operating plans and commercial priorities.

Brand, Retail &Marketplace Execution

  • Ensure partner plans and activities align with Crocs' brand vision, merchandising guidelines, and retail standards.
  • Partner with Marketing, Merchandising, and Retail Operations teams to improve assortment execution, account activation, and local market relevance.
  • Support execution of seasonal Go-To-Market strategies, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain a high standard of marketplace presentation across physical and digital channels.
  • Champion consumer-focused execution across assigned markets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration& Strategic Projects

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Merchandising, Finance, Supply Chain, Retail Operations, and Digital teams to drive business results.
  • Lead strategic projects that support commercial excellence, partner capability building, and market development.
  • Influence stakeholders through clear business insights, recommendations, and data-driven decision making.
  • Support implementation of best practices and scalable tools across the Southeast Asia distributor network.
  • Represent assigned markets in regional planning and business review discussions.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Economics, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in strategy, commercial management, business planning, sales, consulting, category management, commercial operations, or related disciplines.
  • Experience supporting revenue growth initiatives, strategic planning, and business performance management.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive business outcomes through insights and analytics.
  • Consumer goods, footwear, retail, fashion, lifestyle, or distributor-management experience preferred.
