The posting

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Ability to manage and organise WSH Committees.Examples inspection, audit, promotion, training, circulation, etc.

· Reports writing within specific time-frame

· Co-ordinate day-to-day Security Matters,including operations, facility compliance, and management system compliance.

· Assist in ensuring compliance with ISO45001and bizSAFE requirements.

· Support site matters, example meetings,customer or government agencies inspection and audit.

· Organise promotional activities, and other co-ordinationas required.

Added advantage

· Knowledge environmental, sustainability,waste management, monitoring, and promotion.

· Experience in building fire protectionsystem, fire and emergency program.

· Experience in Business Continuity Management(BCM).

Requirements:

· Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering andSSHE related with min 3 years of relevant experience.

· Team player, independent, good interpersonal,report writing and communication skills.

· Good knowledge in Workplace Safety &Health Act, ISO45001, ISO14000, Security Management Systems

· Candidate with Fire Safety Managercertificate would have an added advantage.

· Able to conduct site visits. Examples TuasArea, Jurong Island and others.
