As a Staff Nurse (Inpatient), you will do more than provide dialysis care. You will build meaningful relationships with patients, support them through their treatment journey and work alongside a team that is committed to safe, compassionate and high-quality care.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, initiation and termination of dialysis, patient assessment, and documentation.
- Administer dialysis treatment according to physician’s orders (including ultrafiltration rate, medications, and safety checks).
- Review dialysis prescriptions and laboratory results; escalate abnormalities to physician.
- Handle emergencies and report life-threatening complications promptly.
- Educate patients and families on renal disease, dialysis treatment, and pre/post-dialysis care.
- Participate in care planning and monthly progress documentation.
- Perform other renal therapies such as CRRT and TPE.
- Available for on-call duties when required.
Requirements
- Diploma or higher qualification in Nursing.
- Minimum 2-5 years’ inpatient dialysis experience preferred .
- Valid SNB General Practising Licence and BCLS (AED) certification.
- Must provide vaccination records and undergo pre-employment medical check-up.
