We are seeking passionate Staff Nurses (peritoneal dialysis) to join our nursing team and embark on an exciting renal career specialising in dialysis care. The role requires maintaining high standards of patient care and ensuring the safe, efficient delivery of dialysis therapy as prescribed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hospitals’ doctors, nurses and other stakeholders in the management and continuity of care for PD patients.
  • Assist the Nursing Manager in the clinical and daily operations of the PD Community Support Programme.
  • Maintain accurate nursing records and programme databases, and participate in quality improvement, research and PD-related activities.
  • Participate in patient education, talks, seminars and public outreach activities to promote PD.

Requirements:

  • Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (mandatory).
  • Prior peritoneal dialysis (PD) experience is preferred; candidates with renal nursing experience are also encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to work 5 days per week (Office Hours), with working hours based on patient cases and home visit requirements, including home evening visits of up to 2–3 times per week, with visits ending by 9.00pm.
  • Willingness to travel to assigned hospitals and patients’ homes for home-based PD care.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Clinical Nursing Skills: Proficient in delivering safe and effective nursing care, with the ability to monitor and manage patients undergoing dialysis.
  • Patient Education: Skilled at educating patients on treatment procedures, diet, medication, and lifestyle modifications to improve outcomes.
  • Communication: Clear and compassionate communication with patients, caregivers, and the healthcare team to ensure coordinated care.
  • Record Keeping: Accurate and timely documentation of nursing care, treatment sessions, and patient progress.
  • Team Collaboration: Works effectively within a multidisciplinary team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays, adjusting to the dynamic dialysis centre environment.
  • Problem Solving: Able to identify issues quickly and respond appropriately to patient needs or operational challenges.

Personal Attributes That Set You Apart

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
