  • Develop, implement, and maintain effective finance policies and procedures.
  • Ensure appropriate controls are in place to safeguard company assets and financial information.
  • Maintain appropriate data-handling practices in accordance with PDPA requirements.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure the venue remains audit-ready.
  • Support compliance with the organisation’s internal control and governance requirements.

Taxation and Treasury

  • Manage statutory taxation responsibilities in Singapore.
  • Oversee cash flow planning, working capital, banking relationships, and treasury activities.
  • Reconcile revenue collected through point-of-sale and mobile-ordering systems with payment platforms such as NETS, PayNow, GrabPay, and credit cards.

Payroll

  • Manage the venue’s payroll process and related financial controls.
  • Ensure payroll systems are effectively integrated with relevant ERP and operational platforms.
  • Maintain compliance with Singapore payroll, CPF, and MOM requirements.
  • Prepare payroll reports for financial monitoring and management review.

Business Partnering and Vendor Management

  • Partner closely with the General Manager, Operations, and Commercial teams to align financial plans with business priorities.
  • Review, negotiate, and oversee vendor, supplier, contractor, and venue-hire agreements.
  • Provide financial guidance on contracts, licensing arrangements, and new commercial initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Mentor finance team members and promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
