Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Director to be based in Singapore. You will drive business development with core cloud service providers, internet enterprises, and large data center customers in the Singapore market. Given the global footprint of these strategic accounts, the large-scale projects you lead will frequently extend to delivery and deployment across the entire APAC region. You will act as a strategic partner to customers, leveraging Ruijie Networks' high-performance data center solutions to help them optimize their network architecture and achieve business goals, while driving the company's continued business growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Account Planning & Management: Develop and execute long-term account plans for core strategic accounts. Build a deep understanding of customers' pain points and needs in global business expansion and data center construction, and establish long-term, win-win strategic partnerships.

End-to-End Cross-Border Project Execution: Lead full-lifecycle management of cross-border projects, including efficient responses to RFI/RFQ/RFP. Own the process from early-stage technical spec-in guidance and commercial solution design through cross-regional business negotiations and final project delivery.

Strategic Account Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Demonstrate outstanding customer management skills, building solid trust-based relationships with C-Level executives and technical decision-makers across multicultural backgrounds. Internally, effectively align product, R&D, and pre-sales technical teams, coordinating resources to ensure smooth project execution.

Communicating Business Value: Leverage your understanding of industry-standard data center network architectures to clearly articulate the technical advantages and business value of Ruijie's integrated solutions to customers.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Communication Engineering, Computer Science, Electronic Information, or related STEM fields preferred.

Language: Fluent English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) — able to conduct cross-border executive-level business negotiations entirely in English.

Industry Experience: 5+ years of direct sales or key account management experience in the IT infrastructure space (networking equipment, servers, or storage). Background at a well-known networking equipment or computing hardware vendor is a plus.

Project Delivery: Proven track record running large-scale data center projects in core markets such as Singapore; familiar with the procurement processes of major tech enterprises and cloud vendors in the region. Capable of managing complex projects spanning the APAC region.

Professional Attributes: Excellent communication and coordination skills with a strong team spirit. Resilient under pressure and able to thrive in a fast-paced business environment. Must be willing to relocate long-term to Singapore and adapt to business travel within the region.
