About the Role

We are supporting a leading global technology company in hiring a Strategic Program Manager to join its Gaming Partnerships team in Singapore.

This role will manage strategic relationships with game developers and publishers across Greater China, helping partners adopt, integrate, and grow through the company’s gaming platform and products.

The position sits at the intersection of strategic partnerships, gaming technology and commercial growth. The successful candidate should be commercially strong while possessing sufficient technical understanding to engage credibly with game developers around platform capabilities, integrations and product requirements.

This is a 12-month contract opportunity based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic game developer and publisher partners across Greater China.
  • Develop trusted relationships with partners and identify opportunities to drive platform adoption, partner growth, and long-term business value.
  • Understand partners’ business, product and technical requirements and translate these into actionable opportunities internally.
  • Support developers through product/platform adoption and integration, working closely with internal Product and Engineering teams.
  • Identify opportunities across monetisation, user acquisition, content growth and developer engagement.
  • Analyse partner performance, market dynamics and gaming trends to develop strategic recommendations.
  • Develop and execute strategies for the Greater China gaming ecosystem, including identifying high-potential developers, publishers and content opportunities.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Finance and other internal stakeholders to deliver partner initiatives.
  • Communicate product capabilities, requirements, and opportunities effectively to both commercial and technical stakeholders.
  • Resolve partner challenges and coordinate internal resources to support successful product adoption and launches.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, account management or related commercial roles.
  • Strong professional experience within the gaming industry, ideally working directly with game developers, publishers, or gaming platforms.
  • Strong client-facing and strategic account management experience.
  • Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin, with the ability to engage partners and stakeholders across Greater China.
  • Strong understanding of the gaming ecosystem, including developer/publisher business models, content strategy, and commercial dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across multiple functions, particularly with Product and technical teams.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to translate market and partner insights into actionable business opportunities.
  • Comfortable operating independently and managing multiple strategic partner relationships simultaneously.
  • Genuine interest in gaming, developer ecosystems, and emerging gaming-platform trends.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with developer platforms, SDKs, APIs, technical integrations or game-development technologies such as Unity.
  • Experience supporting developer onboarding, platform adoption, certification or launch readiness.
  • Understanding of gaming monetisation, user acquisition, and developer growth strategies.
  • Existing exposure to the Greater China gaming ecosystem and relationships with regional developers or publishers.
  • Experience bridging technical and commercial stakeholders in a gaming-platform environment.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
