Job Summary

Join Junior Seekers to engage and inspire children through enrichment and study sessions, ensuring their safety and welfare while managing communications with parents and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging enrichment and study sessions that support children's learning and development
  • Develop and prepare detailed lesson plans and educational materials tailored to session objectives
  • Manage administrative tasks efficiently to support smooth daily operations
  • Ensure the safety and welfare of students during all activities and sessions
  • Communicate effectively with parents and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns
  • Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive and productive learning environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience in the education industry to enhance session delivery and student engagement
  • Basic knowledge of Arabic to support communication and learning needs
  • Demonstrated passion for working with children to create a positive educational experience
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Creativity, commitment, and energy to contribute to program success
