About PlayFACTO School

PlayFACTO School is a leading student care provider for primary school students (P1–P6), combining positive holistic education with after-school care. Our teachers develop students' hearts and minds through our positive education framework, daily enrichment programmes, and structured homework guidance.

About the role

We're hiring experienced, passionate Student Care Teachers for our centres in the north. You'll teach and engage primary students, guide them through their daily homework, and keep them safe from school dismissal through to the end of the day. You'll also be the main point of contact for parents on how their child is doing. With several centres across the north, we'll place you at the one nearest you where possible.

What you'll do

  • Deliver lesson content to P1–P6 students in a way that keeps them engaged and learning
  • Supervise daily homework, making sure work is completed on time and done properly
  • Escort and supervise students safely from school dismissal to the centre
  • Maintain a safe, well-managed environment throughout the day
  • Update parents and caregivers regularly on academic progress and behaviour

What we're looking for

  • Diploma or higher qualification, and/or WSQ Student Care certification
  • Professional integrity and a strong work ethic
  • A positive, resilient approach when the day doesn't go to plan
  • Creative problem-solving in supporting children's learning and behaviour
  • Genuine care for children and their development
  • Experience with primary school children is an advantage — but we welcome applicants without it, as full training is provided
