📢 Student Discipline & Support Officer

💰 Salary: $3,100 – $3,200/month 📅 Contract Duration: 1 year, subject to extension for up to 1 year 🗓️ Contract Period: Jan 2027 – Dec 2027 ⏰ Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm, inclusive of 1-hour lunch break

🚫 Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays. 📌 Service Period: 1 Jan – 22 Oct 2027 and 1 Jan – 27 Oct 2028 (extension duration), excluding school holidays and public holidays.

  • Working hours may occasionally be extended based on school requirements, with time-off in lieu provided where applicable.

🎓 Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma, preferably in Psychology, Early Childhood Education, Counselling or a related discipline.
  • At least 1 year of experience working with youths and/or handling discipline matters.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Meticulous, organised and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and IT systems.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Job Responsibilities

  • Support student discipline matters, including patrols, investigations, late-coming and detention/in-house suspension.
  • Monitor and follow up on disciplinary cases and corrective work orders.
  • Maintain student discipline, attendance and late-coming records using school systems.
  • Support student management programmes for targeted students.
  • Accompany students for off-site activities when required.
  • Analyse discipline and attendance data to identify trends and support follow-up.
  • Perform other related administrative and student support duties.
