Job Description
- Assist with student misconduct and bullying investigations and maintain accurate records.
- Monitor students with recurring behavioural issues and follow up with parents.
- Support school discipline, student supervision and conduct regular patrols.
- Provide pastoral support and guidance to students involved in disciplinary cases.
- Supervise students during detention, suspension, recess and school activities.
- Assist with CCTV review and case management when required.
- Support restorative conversations and corrective counselling.
- Work closely with counsellors, SENOs and student management teams.
- Communicate with parents regarding disciplinary cases and follow-up actions.
- Liaise with external agencies for students requiring additional support.
- Assist with examination escort duties and general administrative tasks.
- Support school administration and operations during HBL days and school holidays.
Requirements
- Calm and composed when handling challenging situations with students and parents.
- Able to engage positively with children under16 and support behavioural development.
- Passionate about working with youths and students facing behavioural or social-emotional challenges.
- Confident in managing challenging behaviours and difficult conversations.
- Able to conduct investigations, write reports and maintain confidential records.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Workspace.
- Familiar with restorative practices and case management processes.
