The posting

Working hour

  • Mondays to Fridays: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm

Key Roles

  • Support SMT and teachers in student discipline cases, recess/activity management, detention, and corrective work
  • Maintain discipline records, assist in investigations, and coordinate with parents/guardians
  • Conduct walkabouts, monitor entry/exit points, manage crowd flow, and respond to emergencies
  • Maintain student management records, track attendance, and prepare discipline trend reports
  • Identify and refer students needing additional support; build positive relationships
  • Support SMT briefings and other duties assigned by school management

Requirements

  • Preferably 5 years' relevant working experience
  • Preferably former national uniformed services personnel
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in report writing, documentation, and MS Office
  • Valid First Aid certificate
