We are looking for a service-oriented and approachable Student Services Executive to support students from onboarding through graduation, ensuring they receive timely assistance and guidance throughout their studies.

About the Role

As a Student Services Executive, you will be one of the first points of contact for students. You will support new student onboarding and orientation, assist students with learning platforms and email access, manage student enquiries, monitor attendance matters, and help ensure a smooth and positive student experience throughout their time at LSBF.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with people, solving problems, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Student Onboarding & Orientation

  • Support the onboarding and orientation process for new students.
  • Conduct orientation briefings and introduce students to LSBF services, policies, and support resources.
  • Ensure students are successfully set up with their student accounts and learning systems.

Student Support & Enquiries

  • Serve as a key point of contact for student enquiries via walk-ins, email, phone, and online channels.
  • Respond to student queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide guidance on student-related processes, policies, and services.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when required.

Learning Platforms & Student Systems

  • Assist students with Moodle, student email accounts, and other learning platforms.
  • Liaise with relevant teams to resolve access or system-related issues.
  • Support students in navigating online learning resources and tools.

Attendance & Student Administration

  • Monitor and track student attendance records.
  • Follow up with students on attendance-related matters where necessary.
  • Maintain accurate student records and documentation.
  • Support administrative processes related to the student lifecycle.

Student Experience & Engagement

  • Support student engagement activities and campus events.
  • Assist in gathering student feedback to improve service quality.
  • Foster a welcoming and student-centred environment.

Collaboration & Team Support

  • Work closely with academic and administrative departments to support student needs.
  • Support departmental projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of student services processes.

Requirements

Essential

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, student services, administration, education services, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduate and mature worker welcome.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications and digital systems.

Preferred

  • Experience working in a higher education or training environment.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), such as Moodle.
  • Experience supporting onboarding, orientation, or student-facing services.
