Job Description
- Support daily discipline operations, including latecomers, detention and suspensions.
- Conduct walkabouts within the school compound and surrounding neighbour hood areas.
- Investigate student incidents and follow up with students and parents.
- Guide and mentor students with disciplinary and behavioural issues.
- Monitor and track students’ progress and improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of disciplinary cases and incident reports using Microsoft Office.
- Follow school safeguarding, emergency, confidentiality and PDPA procedures.
- Perform other student management duties as assigned by the school
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in discipline management, case management or youth behaviour support.
- Relevant youth work qualifications/certifications are preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Experience with behaviour management or restorative practices is an advantage.
- Emotionally resilient and culturally sensitive, with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
