Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and responsible

Coffeeshop Supervisor

to oversee the daily operations of our busy coffee shop/food court branch. In this role, you will be the key anchor managing frontline staff, maintaining stringent food safety protocols, and ensuring a welcoming environment for our patrons.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, thrives in a fast-paced retail F&B environment, and possesses strong team-leadership qualities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily Operations Management: Oversee the smooth running of the drink stall, frontline cashiers, and coordination with various food stall tenants.
  • Staff Supervision & Scheduling: Plan staff rosters, manage shift allocations, and train frontline service crew or beverage assistants on customer service excellence.
  • Cash & POS Management: Handle opening and closing cash counts, manage daily Point-of-Sale (POS) settlements, and secure daily revenue drops.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor and order raw materials, beverages, and stall supplies to prevent stockouts while strictly controlling food and item wastage.
  • Hygiene & Compliance: Enforce Singapore Food Agency (SFA) hygiene standards, ensure general cleanliness of the common dining areas, and prepare the site for routine audits.
  • Customer Relations: Handle customer feedback promptly and maintain excellent service standards to drive repeat business.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of supervisory or team-lead experience in a coffeeshop, food court, hawker centre, or fast-paced F&B outlet.
  • Certification: Food Safety Course Level 1 (formerly Food Hygiene Course) is mandatory. Food Safety Course Level 3 (Supervisory) is a strong advantage.
  • Languages: Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse team of stall holders, staff, and customers.
  • Availability: Willingness to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays (standard F&B operational hours).
  • Physical Traits: Hands-on attitude with the ability to stand for long periods and support operational tasks during peak hours.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?
