Job Summary

Supervise and manage daily production and factory operations to meet production targets, quality, and food safety standards in a food manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily production activities and oversee factory operations to ensure smooth workflow
  • Manage and monitor production workers and coordinate work schedules to optimize productivity
  • Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining product quality and compliance with food safety standards
  • Inspect raw materials, monitor production processes, and verify finished products meet quality requirements
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety protocols, and proper housekeeping within the factory environment
  • Assist the Manager in manpower planning and support daily operational tasks to enhance efficiency
  • Lead and communicate effectively with the production team to foster a collaborative work environment
  • Work independently to manage team performance and resolve operational issues proactively
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in food manufacturing or factory operations
