Key Purpose
Lead production and reagent redressing operations to achieve production targets while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, regulatory, and operational standards. Drive team performance, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the production team to achieve operational objectives and performance targets.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily production and reagent redressing activities.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, ISO Quality Management System (QMS), and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) requirements.
- Manage production documentation, process validations, and manufacturing protocols.
- Collaborate with Quality, Warehouse, Maintenance, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Investigate quality issues, customer complaints, and CAPAs, implementing effective corrective actions.
- Support internal and external audits and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of manufacturing or production experience, including at least 3 years in a people management role.
- Knowledge of automation systems, cGMP, ERP, and MES systems.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and continuous improvement capabilities.
- Experience in regulated manufacturing environments is preferred.
- Able to work rotating morning and afternoon shifts.
- 5-day work week with occasional overtime when required.
