Supervisory Technical Officer

  • Supervise and monitor daily civil engineering construction works.
  • Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.
  • Inspect workmanship, materials, and construction activities.
  • Coordinate with contractors and site teams to resolve site issues.
  • Monitor work progress and report any delays, defects, or non-conformities.
  • Maintain site inspection records and assist engineers with measurements and inspections.
  • Perform other site supervision duties as assigned by the RE/SRE.

Requirements

  • Diploma or relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline.
  • Relevant experience in civil engineering, infrastructure, road, drainage, structural, or LTA-related projects will be an advantage.
  • Good understanding of construction methods, drawings, specifications, and site supervision practices.
  • Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with contractors and project stakeholders.
  • Good communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to work on construction sites and outside normal working hours when required.
