About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage supplier quality performance, investigate quality issues, and drive corrective and preventive actions to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Coordinate supplier-related activities, including supplier audits, first article inspections (FAI), supplier onboarding, qualification activities, and performance evaluations.

• Work closely with Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to address supplier quality concerns and support operational requirements.

• Conduct risk assessments, analyze quality trends, and apply structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, 5 Whys, and Fishbone Analysis to identify root causes and implement sustainable improvements.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supplier performance, product quality, and process reliability.

• Maintain quality records, reports, and documentation in accordance with organizational requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.

• Experience in Supplier Quality, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Operations, or other relevant quality-related functions.

• Knowledge of quality management principles, tools, and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, components, assemblies, or production environments would be advantageous.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and engage with external suppliers.
