We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to drive strategic Supply Chain transformation initiatives. The role will oversee complex, cross-functional programmes from planning through implementation, ensuring effective governance, timely delivery and successful transition into operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of major Supply Chain transformation initiatives, including e-commerce fulfilment, Store-Friendly Flow (SFF) and other strategic programmes.
- Develop and manage integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, resource requirements and critical paths.
- Monitor scope, budget, progress, risks, issues and dependencies, taking proactive action to keep programmes on track.
- Ensure programmes deliver agreed business objectives and benefits within scope, budget and timeline.
- Provide clear programme reporting and updates to senior leadership and governance forums.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams across Supply Chain, Operations, Technology, Engineering and external partners to ensure effective execution.
- Drive alignment across multiple workstreams and facilitate timely decision-making and issue resolution.
- Maintain strong collaboration across teams to ensure delivery remains aligned with business priorities.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to build alignment, manage expectations and maintain clear communication throughout the programme lifecycle.
- Lead programme reviews, steering committee meetings and executive workshops.
- Provide clear visibility of programme status, key risks, mitigation plans and decisions required.
- Drive implementation, cutover and business readiness activities ahead of go-live.
- Coordinate transition and post-go-live stabilisation to ensure operational continuity.
- Ensure completed solutions are effectively transitioned into BAU operations and that intended business outcomes are realised.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in project or programme management across Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or Technology transformation.
- Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional transformation programmes.
- Strong project governance, stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills.
- Experience with WMS, TMS, warehouse automation or logistics operations is highly desirable.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
