The posting

The Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for Lead Change Management initiatives by developing and executing integrated change, communication, and training plans that build stakeholder understanding, adoption, and sustained compliance. They will own and drive the investigation and resolution of Supply Chain related non-conformances in collaboration with Supply Chain and cross-functional partners.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver supply chain end-to-end initiatives and projects, partnering with key stakeholders to drive continuous operational improvement.
  • Manage operational changes through the established change management system and workflow, ensuring effective implementation, sustained compliance, and continuity of supply.
  • Assess change impacts and organizational readiness, then develop and deliver targeted communication plans that support informed decision-making and successful adoption.
  • Coordinate stakeholders and governance meetings, design and develop training solutions, and partner closely with end users and cross-functional teams to enable effective adoption of change.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies for project initiatives, integrating change impact management, communications, and training into cohesive plans that support successful implementation.
  • Collaborate with the broader Change Management Team and Foundation process owners to develop integrated project plans and deliver change management, communication, and training outputs on time and in line with business needs.
  • Lead supply chain non-conformance investigations to timely completion, ensuring each investigation is thorough, evidence-based, and completed to the required quality standards.
  • Perform initial impact assessment for each non-conformance and recommend appropriate interim actions to provide immediate mitigation, containment, and control while the investigation is ongoing.
  • Identify and document root causes; verify the accuracy and completeness of impact assessments; define and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions; and monitor action effectiveness to strengthen controls and prevent recurrence.
  • Complete investigations within established timelines to minimize potential disruption to batch release and shipment schedules while maintaining investigation quality and compliance requirements.
  • Prepare supply chain documentation and investigation records for regulatory inspections and internal audits, and provide timely, accurate support during inspection and audit activities.

About You:

  • Master's or Bachelor's Degree with at least three years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical production environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering communication and training solutions, supported by strong group facilitation and written communication skills.
  • Experience in preparing, maintaining, and managing cGMP-compliant documentation and records.
  • Proven ability to lead, influence, and drive cross-functional teams toward shared objectives.
  • Positive, proactive work attitude with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results efficiently.
  • Agile and resilient, with the ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong presentation and technical writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and accurately.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess issues, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple assignments effectively in a fast-paced pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
