Responsibilities

  • Responsible in providing applications support to end user (e.g. MS Office, Windows, T100, sql/Oracle database etc)
  • Assist in creating report templates, customization in T100, training will be provided, added advantages if already experience in linux OS, SQL/Oracle database and T100 (ERP)
  • Primary end user support: Applications to support include but not limited to M365, Crowdstrike, ERP - T100, etc.
  • Hardware and software support: Responsible for problem troubleshooting and developing solution pertaining to problem encountered in applications. Provide basic training to users for applications (e.g. T100, Endpoint, VPN, M365, etc).
  • Responsible for Purchase Req creation, liaising with vendors and managing vendors.
  • Responsible for assisting IT Manager in Project Management, IT documentation, etc.
  • Responsible to complete ad hoc tasks as delegated by IT Manager.
  • Required to travel to site for on-site support.

Requirements

  • OS Administration (Linux/Windows, etc.)
  • OS Installation (Windows)
  • Microsoft application (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
  • Virtualization (VMware, Hypervisor etc.)
  • Basic knowledge Networking, security, infrastructure
  • Knowledge of ERP, MES
