System Infrastructure Engineer

📍 Location: Singapore 💼 Employment Type: Permanent 🎯 Experience: 1+ year

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, networks and systems.
  • Perform system installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Monitor system performance, availability and security.
  • Support infrastructure upgrades, migration and implementation projects.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation and system procedures.
  • Work closely with internal teams, vendors and stakeholders to support infrastructure operations.

Requirements

  • Degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in system/infrastructure engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux servers and enterprise infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of networking, virtualization, backup and system security.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willing to support project deployments or after-hours activities when required.
