Build & Support Enterprise Systems

Looking for a role where you can work on real enterprise systems, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and gain exposure to modern infrastructure technologies?

Join our team as a Systems Engineer / Senior Systems Engineer, supporting the implementation, deployment, integration and operation of enterprise systems in customer environments.

What You'll Do

  • Deploy, configure and support enterprise systems and infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform root-cause analysis.
  • Conduct system testing, validation and customer acceptance activities.
  • Monitor system performance and support upgrades, maintenance and changes.
  • Work closely with customers, engineering teams and technology partners.
  • Support system integration, implementation and deployment projects.
  • Prepare technical documentation, reports and user guides.
  • Contribute to solution design and technical proposals where required.
  • Participate in standby/on-call support when required.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in Systems Engineering, Infrastructure, IT Operations or Systems Integration.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux and/or Windows, with Linux experience preferred.
  • Good understanding of TCP/IP, routing and switching.
  • Experience supporting enterprise or production environments.
  • Familiarity with scripting/automation such as Python, Bash or PowerShell.
  • Experience in system monitoring, maintenance and incident troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Skills That Give You an Edge

Experience with any of the following will be advantageous:

Cloud | Kubernetes | Docker | Ansible | Databases | Kafka | Helm | ArgoCD | Active Directory / LDAP

For Senior Candidates

Senior candidates should be comfortable with technical ownership, leading complex troubleshooting and root-cause investigations, assessing system dependencies and risks, and providing technical guidance to other engineers.
