📍 Pasir Panjang – Mapletree Business City 💰 Up to $3,400/month 📅 1-Year Contract with Benefits 🕘 Monday–Friday | 8.45am–5.45pm

What You’ll Do

• Take ownership of technical cases escalated by field service engineers • Diagnose MFD software, connectivity and network-related issues • Troubleshoot network scanning issues involving SMB, FTP and WebDAV • Work with customers' IT teams on device and network configurations • Perform end-to-end installation and configuration of multifunction devices • Configure network settings, scanning profiles, address books and authentication • Install and troubleshoot Digital Front End (DFE) systems such as Fiery • Resolve RIP errors, driver conflicts, connectivity and job queue issues • Perform software updates and system health checks • Support colour calibration and ICC colour profiling • Document root causes and technical solutions for knowledge sharing
