The posting

This position reports to the Talent Acquisition Secion Manager/Senior Manager and works closely with recruiters, hiring managers, Human Resources, and external candidates. The trainee will support the daily operations of the Talent Acquisition function, ensuring efficient interview coordination, onboarding administration, recruitment reporting, candidate engagement, and process improvement activities.

The organization is committed to developing the trainee through structured coaching, hands-on exposure, and mentorship. Upon successful completion of the traineeship, the trainee will acquire the skills, knowledge, and practical experience required to progress into a Talent Sourcer or Talent Acquisition Specialist role.

Description

  1. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers.
  2. Track recruitment activities and maintain candidate information in the recruitment system.
  3. Support the onboarding process for local and overseas hires to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  4. Verify pre-employment documents, onboarding requirements, and work pass information before handing over to the relevant support teams.
  5. Act as a key contact point for candidates regarding interview arrangements and onboarding matters.
  6. Work closely with recruiters to ensure recruitment records and data are updated accurately.
  7. Support the Talent Acquisition Section Manager in preparing hiring statistics, recruitment reports, and workforce planning data.
  8. Maintain recruitment documents, trackers, and process guides to ensure information is current and organized.
  9. Assist in employer branding initiatives, career fairs, campus recruitment activities, and outreach events.
  10. Create and improve recruitment presentations, communication materials, and recruitment-related content.
  11. Participate in projects to improve recruitment processes and enhance team efficiency.
  12. Support recruitment compliance activities, document management, and audit preparation.
  13. Provide administrative and operational support for Talent Acquisition and Human Resources projects as required.
  14. Learn modern talent sourcing techniques such as LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, and candidate research.
  15. Conduct basic talent market research and support sourcing activities under the guidance of experienced recruiters.
  16. Take on new projects and challenges that provide opportunities for personal and professional growth.
