The posting

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition professional to join our growing team. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple functions and markets, supporting the company’s rapid business expansion and building a strong talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation to onboarding.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand business requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure vacancies are filled within agreed timelines while maintaining high hiring quality.
  • Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously across different functions and locations.

2. Talent Sourcing

  • Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, professional networks, employee referrals, headhunting and other channels.
  • Build and maintain talent pools for critical and recurring positions.
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies for both local and international candidates.
  • Continuously explore new recruitment channels and improve sourcing efficiency.

3. Recruitment Operations & Performance

  • Maintain accurate recruitment pipelines and provide regular hiring progress reports.
  • Track recruitment KPIs including time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, hiring cost and hiring effectiveness.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the recruitment process and continuously improve recruitment efficiency.
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with applicable employment and company policies.

Requirements

  • Diploma degree or above
  • 3 years above of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience, preferably in technology, SaaS, AI, Internet or other fast-growing companies.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and direct sourcing.
  • Experience recruiting across Singapore / Hong Kong / China is highly preferred.
