Talent Acquisition & Executive Assistant to CEO

About Us

East Coast Podiatry is internationally recognised as one of Asia's leading podiatry practices, with clinics in Kembangan, Orchard, Novena, Bukit Timah, and Marine Parade. We specialise in the conservative management of foot, ankle, and lower limb conditions, treating a wide range of patients locally and internationally. Our head office is located at Lower Delta Road.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Talent Acquisition & Executive Assistant to the CEO to support our growing organisation in Singapore and internationally.

Talent acquisition will be the primary focus of this role, specifically the recruitment of podiatrists. You will take an active role in sourcing, engaging and coordinating with podiatry candidates locally and internationally, building a strong pipeline of qualified podiatrists, and supporting international recruitment initiatives.

Recruitment for other roles within the organisation will be managed by the HR team, allowing you to focus specifically on building and maintaining our podiatrist talent pipeline.

You will also work closely with the CEO, providing executive and business support when required. This includes supporting meetings, business engagements and dinners, coordinating follow-ups, and assisting with selected business initiatives.

A key part of the role involves overseas podiatrist recruitment activities. You will accompany the CEO on international recruitment trips, attend career fairs and recruitment events, coordinate candidate meetings and support recruitment activities on the ground.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recruitment or talent acquisition professional who wants to specialise in healthcare talent acquisition, gain international recruitment experience, and work closely with senior leadership.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
