Key Responsibilities:

Employer Branding & Campaign Planning

  • Support the end-to-end planning and execution of employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
  • Assist in developing employer branding collaterals, including brochures, videos, event visuals, and other promotional materials.
  • Ensure all branding materials are aligned with organisational guidelines and employer value propositions.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to maintain consistent and compelling messaging across various channels.

Digital Campaigns & Content Management

  • Support digital campaigns across social media platforms and career portals.
  • Develop and coordinate engaging content that is timely, relevant, and aligned with the organization’s brand identity.
  • Assist in managing content calendars and campaign timelines across multiple digital channels.
  • Leverage platforms such as Canva and CapCut to create and edit visual and video content.

Career Outreach & Talent Engagement

  • Support career talks, outreach programmes, and recruitment events.
  • Assist in developing event materials and content to promote career opportunities and build awareness among prospective talent.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth execution of outreach initiatives.

Campaign Analytics & Reporting

  • Support the preparation of campaign performance reports using social media analytics tools.
  • Track engagement and campaign metrics across digital platforms.
  • Consolidate insights and performance data to support recommendations for future employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Recognized degree in any discipline.
  • Candidates with less than 2 years of relevant experience will be considered for a Senior Executive position.
  • Relevant working experience in employer branding, talent attraction, digital marketing, communications, or a related role would be advantageous.
  • Proficient in content creation and design applications such as Canva and CapCut.
  • Good understanding of social media platforms and digital campaign management.
  • Able to manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
  • Creative, organised, and detail-oriented with a strong interest in employer branding and talent engagement.
